Mr. Kang Vannak
Founder & CEO
Vannak was born from a rural village during civil war in Kompong Speu Province and he is one of the 2 people who can get master degree from his commune. After graduated in 2003 Vannak worked for few local and international tourism companies, then moved to work for development agencies such as World Bank and SNV (Netherlands Development Organization). Vannak got both business and development experience, and now he is running a business that can contribute to society.
Mr. Ros Pichsukrit
Sales & Marketing Manager
Sukrit has worked for few trading companies such as Kong Nuon, SCG, a leading Thai company in sales and marketing position before joining Nileda in 2015. Sukrit has great talent in planning, budgeting and managing team. Sukrit got bachelor degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from one of the well-known business school, Norton University.
Mr. Kang Vannak
Technical Manager
Sithea was born in a farmer family and grow up in the rubber tree jungle in Kompong Cham Province. He has been helping farmers in Cambodia since 2007 by working as extension worker with local NGO.
Sithea joins Nileda in 2013 to manage technical department to ensure that all technical staffs follow the company vision and mission to provide modern agriculture technique to farmers and dealers. Their main job is to do farmer meetings, field demonstrations, field days and to solve all farmers’ problem.
Sithea got bachelor degree of Agronomy from one of the well-known agriculture institute, Kompong Cham National School of Agriculture.
Ms. Pin Sereyrath
Finance Manager
Sereyrath worked for Devenco as financial controller before joining Nileda in January 2016. Sereyrath got master degree of International Management from Audencia School of Management, France. She is fluently in Khmer, English and French.
